@DavyDevil666 The Human Ten whispered in Rose's ear and her response was to kiss him. He must have said "I love you". I reckon it is that simple here. Otherwise why would she nearly die trying to save him. There's got to be something in it for her.

@DavyDevil666 I don't think so, because River answers "well I'm sure she knows" without having any reason to believe that River and the Doctor are married.

@DavyDevil666 I think in some way you're right. I broke my speakers (and my ears almost) turning them up so loud because at 3:30 or around there, the Doctor whispers something that you can kind of just hear over the music and it does not sound like "I love her" at all. I can only catch the last bit which sounds like 'ock' it might have been Gallifrayan and she understood it or something I don't know :)

There is a part of me that really wants to make me believe that if you saw the pattern of the regeneration energy at 6:13 from directly above you would see the Mark of Rassilon.

This is where the doctor tells river his name!
I say that because it makes no logical sense, just like everything with the Doctor and River, the first time the Doctor meets River in the library she tells him his name, I think it would be somewhat suitable if this comes back around and it turns out this is where he told River his name, the other obvious message would be 'i love her' but in the world of Doctor Who I think thats just to obvious
