To be honest i think the Governor of Lagos is just unrealistic.. was Rome built in a day.. So how can you expect Lagos to be built in 8 years.. I was born in Lagos and i know that this Mega City Project is just one big lie.. Everything starts with the People.. We dont need a Mega City, we just need a place where our rights are respected.
