@BelleRiche My Amtrak trip up to Penn Station from Fayetteville, NC was one of the best things that could of happened to me. First time traveling on my own, Culture shock, and being drunk through times square during st. patricks day weekend...good times

People should remember the OLD Penn station. If visiting NYC, take a tour of Grand Central, then hoof it on down to Penn Station. Grand Central is an architectural marvel that'll have you gaping in wonder, Penn station is a dump that squats on the grounds formerly occupied by the much grander Penn Station of old. Believe me, spend a significant amount of time at Penn and you'll be GLAD to leave that garish hovel...

im from new york city & its always like this 365 but thats just the city you know u have to deal with all the hectic & everything. Thats why i love NYC & prefer to travel to Ontario, Niagara falls Canada by Amtrak. I think if you don't take the train when u travel from NYC u really don't know how it is to travel from the city & your missing out in a lot lol.
