Technically this isn't surgery. It's more of a procedure I had today (4 days after my 4th surgery). I am having a metal pin taken out of my thumb that goes all the way down the length of my thumb. The video explains it all along with some other things. ENJOY!

@Fraser941 I thought he was pushing it back in at first too. But looking at it again, I think he's just readjusting his pliers and choking up on the pin to get a more stable grip on it.
