An excerpt taken from Christine Kent's First Aid for Prolapse - Everything you need to know right now to comfortably stabilize, manage and improve your prolapse without surgery.

If you are a woman who has been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse (uterine prolapse, cystocele, or rectocele) or suffer from urinary incontinence, the information in First Aid For Prolapse will be critically important for you.

If you feel confused panicky, you are not alone.

Pelvic organ prolapse is the most common womens health issue in the developed world. The medical system has developed over 150 surgical techniques to help women like you. These surgeries routinely leave women in chronic pain, sexually dysfunctional. incontinent and dependent on drugs.

The truth is the female pelvic organ support system is an extraordinary design and built to last a woman for her lifetime. In fact, pelvic organ prolapse is not a gynecological problem at all. It is a postural problem and, if your prolapse was not surgically induced, can readily be stabilized, managed and often dramatically improved through lifestyle changes.

In this video, Christine has put together all the information you need right now. In this video you will get a comprehensive education on your condition, your anatomy, your options and a new way to stand, sit, walk and exerecise that can not only help your prolapse, but make you stronger, more flexible, more graceful and restore your natural female posture. With this information you will be able to take charge of your health and avoid dangerous surgery.

About Christine Kent
Christine Kent has degrees in both Anthropology and Nursing. After suffering for years with a uterine prolapse induced by surgery and refusing to have a hysterectomy, Christine spent two years researching the issues and anatomy of pelvic organ prolapse. The result of her research was published in 2003 in her breakthrough book, Saving the Whole Woman, Natural Alternatives to Surgery for Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Urinary Incontinence, now in its second edition (www.savingthewholewoman.com).

  • If you get told to go to a surgeon....remember,,,Surgeons do surgery!!!!

    Physiotherapists and continence nurses

teach you how to strengthen these muscles and this has been very successful for many women.

Obese need to lose weight. Eat lots of roughage!

Surgery would be my absolute last resort as it is documented many operations dont work and have to be done again. There is no guarantee surgery will be successful and it can come with complications later in life..

    Get lots of info.

  • It got rid of my baggy fadgielala well quick!

  • It got rid of my baggy fanny well quick!

  • i am having surgery next week for surgical repair of cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele, and i am terrified! Mostly of how much pain i will be in afterwards!!! Anybody who has had this done,i would appreciate any feedback about how much pain you were in after surgery! I have to stay overnight in the hospital.

  • Thank you very much for giving everyone a clip of your video Christine. What you have done to help other women, is truly amazing as well as very much appreciated. Viewers: read Christine's books, view her dvd, join the forum, it's all there to help you. Thank you once again!

  • This video is great! Christine Kent offers women an alternative to very invasive surgery that often leads to more problems and more surgeries. If you, or someone you know, has prolapse, this video and Christine's book, Saving The Whole Woman is invaluable!

  • This has piqued my interest and makes me want to read her book as I believe I have some type of prolapse and am waiting to see what the doctor will tell me. Thanks for providing women with other options.

  • Christine's work is a lifesaver for me. It is a must see for every prolapsed woman before comitting to surgery and a must see for every female to prevent pelvic organ prolapse!

  • Christine's work is groundbreaking and amazing--and has changed the lives of countless women who are living well with prolapses without risking surgery. The DVD is a wonderful companion to the book, and a great workout for the whole body. Ever woman should see this, but in particular anyone contemplating surgery for prolapses.

  • I urge all women with prolapse to consider Christine's pioneering work before committing to surgery, which is invasive and risky and usually entails further surgery. At the very least, you'll learn how to manage symptoms and feel comfortable enough to lead a normal life. At best, you'll get some reversal. Plus loads of emotional and practical support from the website.
