To get a better degree and use up American $ for their education when it belongs to the citizens of this country. I am talking about scholarships. FOBs shouldn't have the right to these in our country. Maybe if they decided to change their citizenship and stay here then that would be ok, but to give a free education to FOBs when they only plan in leaving this country afterwords. Hell no!
