hydaulic lifters have gotton stuck ^& are'nt pressurising ^& change that coil too they're rubbish, brazilian ones, get a german made coil
at least you have a type four motor :O)

I saw your bus at Fullerton high school a while ago. Or at least another late bay in beige with hydraulic lifters.

adjust valves ad some dura lube this is great stuff for high heat engines.i have the same 1974 westfalia 1.8.

vw knocking hard how many km before it over heats or dies out.
