  • hydaulic lifters have gotton stuck ^& are'nt pressurising ^& change that coil too they're rubbish, brazilian ones, get a german made coil

    at least you have a type four motor :O)

  • I saw your bus at Fullerton high school a while ago. Or at least another late bay in beige with hydraulic lifters.

  • adjust valves ad some dura lube this is great stuff for high heat engines.i have the same 1974 westfalia 1.8.

  • vw knocking hard how many km before it over heats or dies out.

    Adjust your valves and adjust the ignition timing or you'll blow it up
