The canyoning discipline consists in walking down water streams that flow within narrow gorges and that do not have practicable banks.
In the canyoning discipline the descent means going downstream, by way of walking, swimming or letting oneself be carried away by the current. The differences in height which generate waterfalls and water slides are to be overcome through exciting abseils or, where possibile, by diving or sliding; in other words, a natural recreational water-park, with pools full of limpid, crystal-clear water.
The streams suitable to the practice of canyoning are usually set in wild and uncontaminated places, of unique and charming beauty, and are perfect to let you experience unforgettable adventures in close contact with the environment.
