  • just imagine what palin would say if she would be in his place ahahaha

good that biden is the one after all

  • Societal structures have always been defined by those with wealth, priveledge and power. The rest are lower class, such as the "middle class" and the poverty class. I am proof you can rise above your beginnings and that wise decisions play a key role. I grew up in a single household, no father and a mom who worked 20 hr days at a bar to support us. She made a meager 20K/yr to support 3 kids.I now earn a lot more than that from watching her not give up. Opportunity? I had to find it.

    Equality of opportunity- I agree

If by equality of privilege you mean "equal results" I can't say that I agree there.

Equal opportunity is something that can be done without obstructing anyone right to succeed.

However it is impossible to for someone to be just as productive as their rivals without punishing the success of the more productive man/women.

  • I am not mad at them for it, but they don't merit it. We should not pretend that they do, nor be afraid to change societal structures so as to nudge society towards equality of opportunity and privilege.

    *mine or yours*

The point is SOMEONE in their family line did the work necessary to make their riches. Why should I be mad at them for that? Their success has almost no direct effect on mine of yours. They can keep their riches. I'll make my own.
