http://www.RecommendedWebHosting.org - After you buy a domain you then need to the change the DNS to point to your web hosting provider. In this video you see how easy it is to setup your GoDaddy account to point to your web hosting provider. The recommended web hosting provider we usually recommend is HostGator. There are hosting providers that are just as good such as bluehost and hostmonster. See out reviews and judge for yourself.

  • Hey, thanks very much mate ! this helped :D thanks :-) i subd

  • @Eleyo8 -- I think so.. but let me make sure. So there are two different types of hosting we could be talking about. DNS hosting and Website hosting. Both Godaddy and Hostgator, (for example) can and will do both.

For changing DNS hosting - this many times is handled by your registrar like Godaddy. To change this, simply provide the new DNS server ip addresses to your registrar.

If you want to change your website hosting you can change the A Record pointing to your website in your DNS.

  • Right ok...i bought a domain off godaddy, and hosted it on hostgator..i have another domain which i want to change the hosting from the first domain and host it to the other ? if that made sense lol

  • @Eleyo8 - What kind of trouble are you having?

  • Thanks For This. But It Didn't Help Me At All, Sorry.
