Part II of the Violations of the City of Santa Ana, Handicapped Accessibilities and Pedestrian Accessibilities. We have to put a stop to the Violations in the Santa Anita Neighborhood, 1 light has already been put in place. It was a sight of several pedestrian fatalities now we have to give access to handicapped.

How embarrassing for our Ward Councilmen/woman that they cannot fight for the rights of their constituents. I hope the next one will take into consideration and help us equally just as he has helped Floral Parks Beauty, over Santa Anita's Safety and ADA's Regulations.

In my opinion Carlos should quit the City Council Also for his disregard for the lower income people of Santa Anita.

  • In 2005 this bridge was retrofitted, according to state guide lines and safety, they should have put in the handicapped accessibility, during the time they did these improvements. Pulido, stated to the department of transportation and safety that this improvement would start in 9/2005. I don't see it.

  • Very good planning for the city of Santa Ana, who would put a Post in the middle of the sidewalk, and a fire hydrant. Only in the city of Santa Ana.
