  • I think the BBC treated him so badly because he was not politicly correct. They couldn't put him in a box. Numan appeals to a huge audience and seems to be able to reinvent his music style while being true to his core legion of fans. For some reason some public servant knob at the BBC just couldn't stand it. His music did not get air time...they just ignored it....Thank goodness he stuck it out. Numan is the greatest!

  • @Aueneye Why did they boycot him?? He a finominal artist, one of the BEST artist t come from Europe (in my opinion)

  • @numanboy That's what I'm saying

  • I love the showmanship by Gary and his band in this clip. Gary's facial expressions perfectly augment the sense of foreboding conveyed by the song.

  • GaryNumanAlbums - Holy Fuck man you just open your mouth and shit flies out.

Almost everything you made a point of is total bollocks.

Judas Priest - Ram it down - if you didnt like that then you don't have a clue about musical progression.

So all bands should just stick to the old tried and trued material - Never progressing - your a twat.

  • How is "WAY WAY" stronger than his older crap? His older music actually had meaning, and was written out with real music, instead of shitty looped NIN drums, and errie sounds and the oh so depressing lyrics. No wonder he can't sell records anymore. Outland sold 30,000, Jagged still has only sold 12,000. He's burnt out. It's the truth. He has to move on.

  • @GaryNumanAlbums Gary Numan isn't the poet he once was, but the MUSIC is far, far, far better than that OLD Berserker (and before) CRAP. So I'm happy with better music, even if the lyrics are weaker. We all need to continue to move forward. None of us need to become stuck in a rut... or a groove. ~peace

  • @jeannec1 This song only has a couple of parts I really like. 'Jagged Edge' is better than 'Jagged' in my opinion as well, although I believe Jagged/Edge is lyrically charged. No, Gary Numan isn't the poet he once was, but the MUSIC is far, far, far better than that OLD Berserker (and before) CRAP. So I'm happy with better music, even if the lyrics are weaker.

  • @GaryNumanAlbums Gary has expressed over and over that he doesn't wish to "hit the jackpot again". He wants to enjoy what he does. Music is a hobby to him: a hobby that he admits he makes a good living from.
