Treason in the US Senate

I think life in prison is not even long enough for these congress people that seem to think they have the right to over write the constitution. The only way to change it is to have the convention the constitution offered for defects in the supreme law of the land. Simply passing a law that violates the constitution does not remove the constitution, it simply puts in writting the treason of that congress that voted for the illegal law, and it makes the inforcers of illegal laws criminals.

I suggest that everyone that sees a security cam ease dropping on them, that we in mass flip them the bird. That is my idea of free speech to tell the goons involved in this new founded police state what we think of them and there illegal authority they are holding over us as a nation. We need to fire every dam one of them. The whole CIA needs to be put under arrest and questioned untill we know the who in there force exactly commanded the 911 attack, and then hang every dam one of them.

@DevilManUSA We all have the right to kill anyone including a agent of government aiming to murder us. That is the only time and place anyone has a right to kill another. The right to meet deadly force with same in defence of yourself and others exist and you do not need permission and the assalent being a government agent gives them no protection in real time. True there gang of criminals will try to take revenge, like NAZI's murdering resistance of there occupation.

@primoknoxville The penalty for treason used to be death. Much like when Joe McCarthy sent Marxists to the gallows. They were Marxists much like the Marxist we currently have as our president. So perhaps now a non Marxist is the traitor? But, since the leftists had such a problem with water boarding (not really torture) maybe we will have a much more "touchy feely" punishment for treason like being forced to listen to top 40 music 24/7 which would be worse than water boarding in my view.

It's a treasonous act, but it's not a VALID act. Unconstitutional laws are VOID under ANY constitution, that's the POINT of a constitution, that's how constitutions WORK. Which comes down to the fact that you have an overt, attempted COUP in America by people who intend to replace the lawful constitution with something else of their own. A COUP cannot succeed unless the victims of it GO ALONG with it, which they are apparently doing in America, land of the SHEEP. OooBaaaaahhhhhhhBaaaaahhhhhma!
