The complexity of this move makes it an outstanding one for getting the whole body, including your brain, involved. When done properly the club lands soft as a feather on your upper shoulder girdle. Even when I am using my custom made 60 pound steel club the impact is minimal.

Use a club that is light enough for you to learn the fundamentals of this drill before going up to the higher weights. You'll be glad you did.
