@Barabus69er We have no history? An American invented ragtime, a genre which shaped the world. We invented Jazz, Blues, Rock, all of which were conglamerations of musics from different cultures. Those cultures are our roots. We ARE our roots, our history IS our roots.

i really liked oh brother, i just didnt like the way the song was used in the film. i guess it was the guy covering the song. he didnt seem authentic to me. i know he is a real musician. it just didnt work for me. just my opinion.
