Awww, here's your tribute to Astragalus....
-
@jjonas222 That combination in the right proportion helps to generate new blood. It was traditionally boiled with a black chicken to aid in these effects.
-
@revived0103 It's cold by nature, which damages the spleen, which in turn leads to damp accumulation.
-
@herbgardner00 I read that Gotu Kola also aids the circulation.
-
I'm a little confused, what is dampening about a raw vegan diet?
-
Also compare another great herb called Pau D Arco
-
Any Chinaman worth his last yen, will tell you that most Chi deficiencies are due to iron-poor blood, now go eat a steak and quit whining!
-
This Plant food is suposed to extent life too,its a powerful extract.

@herbgardner00 I read that Tang Kuei/Dong quai is a good herb to mix with the astragalus. Have you experimented with that combination?

Hey dude, this is a nice video, its really interesting how you mentioned about the blood being responsible for delivering nutrients and so we should pay attention to it, i never considered it before. Do you think alot of people have trouble with their blood? i.e its not delivering the nutrients properly? thanks!

@methos1022 i think that many have poor circulation and low levels of chi, so even tho they may eat healthy, their body really does not absorb or utilize the nutrients as effectively as it good. chi tonics like astragalus are a great way to improve this.

@tekkenjam thanks for watching. i recommend a 10:1 concentrated extract. start with 1 tsp 2x per day in hot water or an elixir. otherwise buy the herb and in bulk and make your teas and tinctures.
