This turns out to be "Dracula's Theme" and it was featured in the opening credits to the original 1931 film "Dracula" with Bela Lagosi.

I'm new to this piece, so i have a few problems telling the difference between that one and two others you posted: Swan Lake Ballet (Tchaikovsky) -Act I: IX. Finale (Andante) and Act II: XIV. Can you please tell me a few differences? I would be glad =) Thanks.

@HeroicEpicnessCalls Well, I'm not an expert to say the real reason why Tchaikovsky used basically the same exact piece as the overture and finale to Act II, and a somewhat altered version as the finale of Act I. What I believe is that this piece indicates when Princess Odette is transforming into a swan, so the reason to use the song twice would demonstrate her turning from a swan to a princess before Act II, and then turning back into a swan at the end of Act II after dancing with the prince.
