3 pounds of Chicken Legs (make sure you put the slits in the legs)

back crushed Peppers

garlic powder

coriander powder

chili powder

oil 5 table spoonds

salt (your preference)

red crushed peppers (optional)

turmeric Powder (optional)

1.) put the slits in the legs 3 to 4 slits would due

2.) put pepper, garlic, crushed peppers, oil, turmeric, salt, coriander powder,and chili powder and mix.

3.) put it on the stove in a pot for 30 mins.

4.) make sure to check up on it every 10 mins and also flip the chicken every 10 mins to have both of the sides cook.

5.) and than serve hot

  • @hello2drt or 10-15 mins... but we kept flipping them over.... for them to cook well

  • Mmmmm....I just made this with chicken wings and it was awesome! I took it 2 a party and they were gone in 20 min! Lol the guys really liked them. I made them spicy w the extra pepper & the tumeric. Thanks so much 4 the great recipe :) lookn forward 2 more :)
