Edward(Brian Krause) is busy trying to unlock the secrets of reading and recording people's thoughts. He is very involved with his work leaving little room for girlfriend Britt. Longstreet(Well known scientist) comes along and offers Edward a place to do his research and have unlimited funding. There are, however, ulterior motives as Edward is also somehow unlocking the secrets of eternal life.

In this scene, Longstreet takes Edward(Brian Krause) to his old lab where he first started his researches. Edward sits down & starts to explain the theory of his research & how one element is missing from there. Then Longstreet all of a sudden makes an experiment sort of potion & tells Edward to inhale it. After that he asks Edward to play the piano & he replies that he can barely play chopsticks. But when he sits down before the piano & his hands automatically starts to play as if he'd been doing it for years. The potion could tap into Edwards mind & transfer Longstreet's piano skills to him. As if Edward became Longstreets for a lil' while.
