Natezdad, our room number was M246. Our beds were together and we could not open the bunk above the main bed. I never asked the steward if it could open. It was there, so I don't see why not. I was glad I paid extra for the balcony. It opens up the room. We slept with the balcony door open to get the sea breeze.
