Haha, when my momma taught me to cook rice, she said "Put rice, then fill it with water to your first knuckle!" thats how i cook rice now..lol

Round steak kind of tough unless you cook it low and slow.. with the lid on.

well, they sell it here in California, but back home in Baton Rouge it was in every household, I think it still is. I gotta get me some of that LSU seasoning though, they did'nt have that last time I was there.
