I read somewhere that Monganga means "Doctor", which is why the "nurse" says that the soap bears an obvious name at the end of the ad.

What's funny about the African names? It sounds pretty cool to me, actually. "Monganga" makes as much sense as "Prell", "Zest", "Neutrogena", "Aveeno", etc.. ;)
