DHA City Karachi New Project By DHA Karachi

DHA Karachi has launched another land mark project "DHA CITY KARACHI" on Super Highway, located at 20 minutes drive from Quid-e-Azam International Airport. The residential and commercial plots are available in different sizes. All citizens of the Pakistan including overseas Pakistanis would be eligible to apply for the scheme being launched on 28th July, 2009

Well, a friend of mine from karachi also got his name in it and he is happy too. It'll be 50 km from airport, aprox...which is nothing given the fact that it'll be linked through super high way. The fact that Karachi is spreading so fast that in next 10 years you'll see a complete different picture...i don't agree with those who say it will take another 30 years. Because DHA never ever make stupid schemes because they invest billions. Trust DHA, it'll be a quality place to live, i also want this

Why are they saying its twenty minute drive and you guys saying 80 KM.

its minimum 80 km from city center karachi,...they should plan a new city over there

Its too far from the main city. Even the schemes that are right after the main city, on super highway don't show any signs of people moving in.

I think it would take another 30 years for this area to have a population.

Spreading the payment over 9-10 years does make it affordable, but a commitment for 10 years on payment is a bit stretched.
