  • Hi body, yes you can do rounds of 2 or 3 minutes. The key is the intensity that you apply to your boxing work out. If you do three or four rounds of three minutes every day or every other day you will drop weight. Boxing is a great work out and fun. So enjoy it and have fun!!!!

  • Lung busting. I liked the duck and weave. Im doing heavy bag for weight loss and cardio. I think that ducking and lower body element would be great for making it an all-body exercise. Do you normally go that long in a round or do you normally break it into a lot of 2-3 minute rounds?
