Radek said it perfectly, when he was on he could beat anybody in the world and even in the later years (post 2005) when he came back from injury, a different player playing at a much lower level than the 'real Marat' he still drew the crowds.

If I could speak to Marat again I would thank him for bringing me into tennis. Only Marat was ever able to evoke such emotion out of me and that's the way it'll stay.
