that break is gonna break someone's jaw. Real authentic Viet bread is crunchy on the outside yet soft inside. It should feel like and not to many stuffing inside. Now that's Banh Mi.

@GDQT &andrew4558: yes, we have rau ram in banh mi vietnam, if we eat banh mi with egg or beef. This style is in some universities. In this video, she makes beef banh mi, so it must have rau ram & chili sauge.
