but in the case of a zombie apocalypse (taking out some of the factors that make this cenario impossible) wild life wound't get even close to towns because of the zombies, maybe the trees and plants, but as human meat runs out, they will start to feed on animals and everything that have blood on (=])

I can't believe they completely forgot or disregarded factors of falling space debris like satellites and the space station which could hit anywhere on the planet. Since those are man made as well (and this whole documentary is based on man made objects breaking down), it cannot go on ignored.
