i do rg i think its beautiful i find ag to robotic. alot of my friends tell me that ag is soooo much hard but even though there both gymnastics they are VERY VERY different sports its like comparing rg and cheerleading. also you can't just switch between ag and rg as an elite because thy are different body types for ag you need strong arms and in rg you need strong legs. i hope this helpped, the main answer is its hard to compare. :D
