Upper West Side a few blocks from The Natural History Museum a fire truck's front wheel sinks in to a sink hole. I talk first about the mayor's way too rapid tsunami of community crushing development and my feeling he did not put the safety of New Yorker's before the tsunami NYC's many infrastructures have fallen apart including below ground more than is reported.....

*I wrote the letter before The New York Times piece on infrastructure breaks that could resemble terror attacks which ran in the national section. I xeroxed it and faxed to fire commish and mailed to police commish. This was before the huge infrastructure break that looked like a terror attack and Dan Doctoroff had a woman from city hall email me back before the huge infrastructure break tragedy.

Destroying old New York, my letter published in AM New York Jan. 11, 2007

I continue to write the mayor about the over-the-top economic tsunami wave of development of this new hideous New York being built on the old New York infrastructure. Also, the gas smell may be somehow related to this issue, which has been completely ignored by the Bloomberg administration. A powerful example is next door to me, St. Anns Church from 1847, which was torn down. St. Anns, where religious staff members resided and homeless people slept on the stairs, now will be replaced by another hideous NYU megadorm and the tallest building in the East Village with 700 students. But New York City, NYU and Hudson Realty have never answered questions about infrastructure concerns like sewage removal, water, electricity, etc.

Stop the exploitation and start protecting the people of New York City!

You will see a diverse group of New Yorkers from the East Village including me.
Please watch the video footage from New York One covering a water main break one block from Cooper Union supersizing their old studio building and of course Cooper Union said they were not responsible...all the massive construction trucks and shaking from construction by them and the sky piercing hotel that looks like a space ship two blocks away had nothing to do with this water main break.

For Suzannah B. Troy fans I am hold a book on tantra with a cover to hot for New York 1 and they carefully covered it up....smile.

How ironic I just saw a phony puff piece on ABC news for Cooper Union justifying their supersizing on our old delipidated infrastructure with buildings so far out of scale except with NYU mega dorms and new sky piercing hotels and condos that don't below anymore than the NY Law dorm with balconies on 3rd Avenue and Cooper justifies their mass real estate wheelings and dealings by saying it is for college kids to go to school for free yet they are greatly harming in not destroying our neighborhood along with NYU for the displacement of so many community members and small businesses. Do the research and see how many infrastructure related breaks and problems are documented since Bloomberg backed this tsunami of community crushing development.

Check out my other youtubes on Cooper Union and NYU and how they have put our community in jeopardy.

This a water main break by Holland Tunnel and where Trump is supersizing and a construction worker died. He supersized despite the community fighting him and skeltons literally being found at the site.

Stuy Town rent win -- significant because NYU made Stuy Town in to their student housing when Stuy Town was meant to be affordable housing.

Stuy Town Buy Town affordable housing oxymoron the podcast is in itunes and it is longer but perfect timing because the day after I filmed this and posted the people struggling to stay at Stuy Town won a victory although it will be battled in court again...for now they won around.

The poem covers the big picture the correlation between NYU and Cooper Union Columbia real estate developers and the mass evictions displacement and even the closing of firehouses and more....the podcast has photos.

  • @gmcbuses I'll consider the matter closed. Have a good day!

  • @Smokeater717 your right, it was outdated, this comment came after responding to a number of hate comments on my channel, and sticking up for friends on others. Ah just laugh it off. I think there was something I just learned from this.

  • @gmcbuses Odd....Suzanna didn't seem offended at all. And the comment was made over a year ago....maybe YOU need to get a grip, or a life!!

  • @Smokeater717 I think your comment smokeater is way out of line. Your a male pig jump in the lake.

  • Every mayor for the last 50 years has ignored the problems of our aging nervous system of underground pipes, tunnels, wires, cables and other nasties just aching to literally explode in our faces. Maybe Mike is doing us a favor by building golden outhouses on all the rotting wood. Like houses built on sand they will - also literally - fall and bring full public attention to this public emergency. The tsunami of undeniable fact will overcome Mike's tsunami of media lies.
  • That didn´t look good.

    Maybe Bloomberg doesn´t have money,

or maybe his way of prioritize is f****d up?.

  • Looking for excuses to slam Bloomberg? Fine with me, I don't live there...

the tsunami of cleavage was nice. (I'm a male pig...shoot me!!)
