  • Over all pretty good exercises, forgot to mention how far in advance one should start exercising to prepare for a ski / boarding holiday? Remember it also depends on the intensity of who you are and how you ski / board. If you want to hit jumps and tricks you may want to throw in some more dynamic movements into your program.
