when i first heard this song it was nirvana's version and i loved it. when i heard the original devo version i loved it. they're both great stand alone songs, you just can't compare them. maybe u can, but nirvana just did an grungy version because it was a new predominant style at the time. some people just hate new versions because it doesn't sound anything like the original, well duh that's what covers are for: a new point of view on a song.

hahah it's so weird hearing this for the first time after only hearing Nirvana's version. It's like I'm listening to one of those crappy monophonic ringtones you could download on older cell phones. (And for all of you snobby super defensive youtubers, I'm saying monophonic ringtones are crappy, not Devo's Turnaround. It's sad that I have to make this note)

@alisharo58 You may personally say that, to you, a cover is better. But the original is the original. I love grunge and nasty riffs, but a cover is still just a cover. The original carries the original idea and the message.

@alisharo58 Nirvana is my favorite band ever, but please don't compare devo and Nirvana, that's so different. Nirvana's version is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee­ry good, but devo's version is very good too.
