NHL 09 - Xbox 360 Version - Milan Hejduk Glitch

I was playing my Dynasty Mode (Rookie Diffculty) against the Colorado Avalanche, and I noticed Milan Hejduk was frozen in animation. So I pushed him from my zone into the center ice area.
