No help necessary on this one. Fredrick Sjostrom of the Phoenix Coyotes scores a nice one-man goal against the New York Rangers by blazing down the ice, making a NY defender look like a fool, and top-shelfing the puck while falling down.

  • sick goal, if sjostrom had a power forward like briere or brad richards he would bust out a 20+ goal season like that

  • Brad Richards and Daniel Briere are the exact opposites of power forwards. Guys like Erik Cole, Jarome Iginla, and Ryan Getzlaf (i.e. guys who can hit and power their way through defenders) are power forwards.

    Briere and Richards are playmakers who pretty much stay away from the physical game.
