  • @IsolationInstigation Water/Foam Heavybags are the best in my opinion, never have to worry about stupid filling not doing its job like in an normal heavybag.

  • Thanks for the post, man. You answered all my questions. I've been hitting a heavy bag my whole life and up until a year ago, I never even used handwraps. I took some sort misplaced pride in the fact that "I didn't need them" and thought this meant I was tough. Lol! WRONG! I'm now paying the price! Having just turned 30, I've been having wrist problems on and off for a year. That's why I finally took to wearing the wraps and 8oz gloves. Now I'm thinking a water bag is what I really need
