This is action from the Warbirds and Classics over the Midwest , Aug. 14-16 in Fond du lac, WI. Over 100 pilots came from as far as Canada with some big RC planes like Carl Bachhuber's B-36. Each year Carl builds yet another large RC plane and this is his latest creation. Make sure to check out my other videos from the event and subscribe to my channel. Enjoy!

PS: Since the majority of you watching this are guys, and I am a prostate cancer survivor, I want to encourage you to have your PSA level checked soon. You can see my journey that I videoed and uploaded on my page. That's it, I'm done now.

  • It's a biggin:) Thanks for watching.

  • They were gas. Thanks for watching.

  • Not really sure on the weight. Can't wait to see what he comes up with this year. Thanks for watching.

  • Sorry I've been tardy and getting back. Carl flies it at most of the big warbird meets. I don't think the video gives you the full picture. Standing next to it and it is HUGE! I like the B-1B idea and know Carl checks out the comments. What do you say Carl? Check out his Flying Boxcar which I also did a video of. Happy New Year everybody and thanks for watching.

  • @pdiddy21154 Carl could make b-1 or the b-1b its wings are big when extended but its hard to fly with wings retracted!

  • @amonomnom That would rock! I need to check in with him to see what he has up his sleeve this year. Thanks for watching.

  • This beauty deserves a true runaway to take off... How can be possible an amazing event like this with grass as runaway.

  • If he put four ducted fans on it just like the later models of the B-36, I'd call him a master modeler (not that this doesn't qualify!)

  • what did he JUST SAY A 19ft wing SPAN!?!?

  • This sure is a gorgeous bird you have here!

  • @pdiddy21154 correct me if I'm wrong,do I hear 6 four-stroke engines?

  • @pdiddy21154 Actually, it's not even close. The World record B-29, "Dina Might" has a wingspan of over 29 feet. It's in Belgium, where they don't have nearly as restrictive regulations that we have here in the US.

  • Great interview. I'm surprised that the plane does not have flaps. It appears to land very "hot" for such a large wing area. How much does it weigh?
