I just purchased 8 1/4" x 12 James Hardie Select Cedarmill for $5.47/board in the Columbus Ohio area at Lowes (9/20/10).
That is around $78/square or 100 square feet.
For durability you cannot beat that price.

How stupid. one square of Hardie is 15 pcs @ 5,25 =$78 a sqr not 130
