  • A while back, there was a "One and Only TV 9" promo dating from 1975 here (before the call sign change) flashing a great many CBS characters and local news faces, posted by someone called "dcbatwing," whose account is gone. Anyone have a copy of that?

  • Two thumbs up + 5 stars!

  • I'm not from the DC area, but I like this promo!

  • @chrismc410 WRC was something different in the late 40s-early 50s. WTTG is the only long time station to never change calls.

  • @Drchainsaw77 I did at one time but no longer

  • I think WRC is the only one in the DC area who's call letters have not changed, at least in my lifetime.

  • Who would have thought that such a meaty stink could come from something so sweaty.

  • DC born and raised, this brings back so many memories. Thank you!

  • Yeah, I would like to know too. That was a great promo. Maybe the now WUSA? would have the clip?

  • LOL 9 thumbs up + 5 stars!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow, thanks for the trip down memory lane. I've lived in the DC area all my life, and as a child of the 70's, this takes me back. Awesome!

  • They had those letters when I came back to the states in 1985, they changed them to the current WUSA the year after I think.
