Luciano Pavarotti - Lunge da lei (Live)

Luciano Pavarotti (1935-2007) Born and died in Modena, Italy, Pavarotti was an Italian tenor who was known for his seemingly effortless high Cs during the early stage of his career. Here he sings 'Lunge da lei' in a live performance of Verdi's La traviata.
This was on 19 March 1965 at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London.

I do not think it is the recording but the speed it is presented here. The slight slowing of the speed of the recording makes the pitches and the tempos off. However another great example of great singing by a great singer. Perfect technique and diction. One of my top 5 greatest tenors. Ti amo Luciano!

Big not only physically!

In the description says that his high C is in his early stage of his career but Pavrotti sings it until the midle of 80's (this is more than 20 yrs) and sometimes hi show it several times... No too bad, isn't it?
