  • @JABARDELLI

Basilio, Robinson and Fullmer wanted no part of E/L. And here's Fullmer, leading with the head and throwing elbows with impunity, the dirtiest fighter since the beginning of television.

  • Thanks for presenting Eduardo Lausse. He was the uncrowned Middleweight Champion of the World during the 1950's at a time when Bobo Olson held the title. A fantastic sum of money was offered Olson to defend against Lausse in Argentina but Olson refused to give Lausse a shot at the title. There are several other Lausse films --- Joe Rindone, Chico Varona, Kid Gavilan, Bobby Boyd, Marcel Pigou and perhaps Ralph Tiger Jones. Lausse belongs in Boxing's Hall of Fame.

  • Look how big Lausse's legs are. I don't see how he made 160.

  • yes....

  • Argentinians called "the champion without crown"

  • Rarely do you see Fullmer being backed up like this, with caution. Lausse's left hook was like a sledge hammer.
