Nuka Cola Challenge and The Kneecapper

About the quest:

all possible rewards are 1200(40 for each quantum) and the nuka-grenade schesmatic or 2400 caps(if speech succeded, if not it's 1200 caps) and the optional, The Kneecapper

Skipped the tour at the start as it dosent give any usefull information about the quest

Nuka-cola quantums are spread around the whole wastelands, but a good start is the Nuka-cola plant where i was at the end, there it is 3 quantums and another one inn a truck nearby also theres a nuka cola truck north of the temple of the union with some and 5 more inn Paradise Falls. If you don't bother to go find them all and don't mind cheating, open opp the consol by typing ~ or | on some keyboards, then type player.additem 284F9 30. This will add 30 Nuka-cola Quantums to your inventory.

The Kneecapper:
It has 75 damage at 100% condition(25 more than the normal sawed-off shotgun)
dps is 35(10 more than normal sawed-off shotgun)
spread is 4, which is 3 less than with the normal sawed-off shotgun making it much more accurate.

rest is pretty much the same.

note: if your speech with Ronald succeeded, and if your abit short on caps, it could be wise to round up some extra quantums before turning them in to him, as he pays for all you have, Sierra will pay for all nuka-cola quantums after the quest is completed so no use if you dident complete the speech challenge.

It's a perk inn fallout 3, as inn a power you get when you level up. If you mean irl it's a spider which has certain rumours conserning it, havent looked it up but it's know for being deceiving and such.

Widow - a woman who's husband has died

The spider is called a "Black Widow" because it consumes it's husband after mating :c

It's also a perk in fallout 3 that (I think) takes place of the lady killer perk for males which gives you extra dialogue.
