I think open carry is positive. I would trust someone carrying a gun that way because you know they are legaly carrying and a responsible law abiding person. Its only the bad guys that carry and hide their guns. If your up to no good your not going to show the gun.

@xRemisHx Serpas are nice until you have to draw quickly in an emergency.
Ask Tex Grebner shot himself using his Serpa. I'd have shot myself dozens of times if I hadn't practiced thousands of times with an unloaded weapon first.
