Romania women's handball team qualify for Olympics
BUCHAREST, March 29 (Reuters) - Romania's women's handball team booked a place at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday after beating Japan and Hungary in a qualifying tournament.
Romania crushed Japan 44-21 on Friday and then beat Hungary 31-29 on Saturday to secure a berth at the Aug. 8-24 Games.
