What Software do you Use for Digital Photos?

http://live.pirillo.com - Believe it or not, I have been accused of never talking about Windows. That's an illusion. Apparently, there's just not a lot of interesting Windows software out there anymore. If there is... you're not telling me about it. How can I let everyone know about cool programs like this one if you don't point me towards them?

Every operating system has this capability, it is the software developers who chose not to create games for one platform or another. Windows was meant for everyone, OS X is meant for everyone, linux, while it used to be quite the task, is now meant for everyone, and these all have the same capability as gaming machines, or work machines ever here of Office:Mac?
