ePuffer COHITA electric cigar has actually appeared on The Drs. TV show twice now, (1st 2009, 2nd Mar 2010) as an alternative to traditional cigars.

I've been using ePuffer Magnum for 2 month now, and never touched another cigarette since. Customer service is great, always there to answer my calls. I've refered many friends to ePuffer and they can't thank me enough.

The vapor from cigar is pretty decent, Great video Sparks!!!

Customer service has been fine, but the equipment is often crap and you have to pay to return it to them.

i bought my first e cig from e-puffer. the worst product i've tried and customer service was the worst. took a month to get refund and had to eat the carts and liquid. everything had to be done through e=mail, couldn't speak to a person. bullshit company.
