L's first monologue to the ICPO. I made the audio with WavePad by recording the speech, creating four different files for it (one high, one very high, one low, one very low), layering them, and adding a slight reverb.

for something very close to this i use Wavepad.. and record my voice...

then normalize it... save that as the original, then copy it

make 4 versions,

1 with 120 pitch

1 with 90 pitch

1 with 150 pitch

and 1 with 70 pitch.

then just tweak with the setting till you like it.
