People who sit watching Olga's vids for 10mins then declaring how much they hate them, or the foods all wrong or that they plain old don't like her. You contaminated everything with raw chicken that causes salmonela and you touched your face you can get pinkeye. You didn't wash anything you used it's a good thing you were cooking those vegatables or whoever ate that would be very sick. This is why Canada won't have the zombie apocolypse or mutant flu, we wash everything in hot soapy water especially when in contact with raw meat.

@LeaCatstache - the video is still up and being watched by people, isn't it? There are comments on this thread that show people don't know any better. I'm weighing in as a voice for whoever else might come along in the future here and be misled. If the video were taken down, I certainly wouldn't be sending email to the person who made the video. I would have no reason to care then.

This is just total crap. This is NOT Russian food, and she isn't qualified to teach anything. Typical YouTube misinformation. And before you write some angry response to me saying that I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm the executive chef at one of the largest restaurants in Russia.

Plov is not Uzbekistan and not Russian as Uzbekistan was once part of Russia, but has broken away.
