I think the only one that i left out was Phoenix's lvl 5 hyper combo. If you have 5 bars of meter when she dies she comes back as Dark Phoenix. Super powerful and broken as they come. Combine that with X-Factor and you basically win the game lol. Also i couldn't figure out how to land Super Skrull's lvl 3 hyper combo. (Death Penalty) If you have some info on how to hit it i would be more than happy to post a vid of it as a response to this one. Along with the Dark Phoenix hyper too.
