Master Chen Zhonghua's Demonstration of Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method Yilu for students at the annual Hunyuan World event at Kennesaw State University Fitness and Wellness Center on March 8 2009. This video focused on the demonstration of stability of the form while spiraling the energy through the body. Master Chen Zhonghua intentionally made stopping moves in the demonstration for the sake of the students watching it.

  • He has definitely played his own Chen style of the second set.

His Buddha Attendant Pounding the Mortar is the most awesome - just listen the noises that they made.

  • What can be seen is external. What cannot be seen is internal. Internal has to be touched in order to feel. If you have a chance to attend a Master Chen Zhonghua's workshop or seminar, you'll be amazed by his internal energy. He's truly a Taiji master.

  • What are you basing that on?

  • Wonderful. Like supermind.

  • to elaborate, I think it has good angles for seeing lines of front/back trick, wave hands and 2nd jump. Also thought moves at 2:59 and 3:39 were shown a little more slowly in this version.

  • this version shows angles very well, and also has some movements in "slow motion" to help learners.

  • Wonderful version of the Yilu! I didn't get the word about Master Chen coming to GA. I would have loved to have been there. I thought I was on a mailing list?
