http://www.buzz-wholesale.com HU-210 is really a synthetic cannabinoid which was first synthesized in 1988 from (1R,5S)-Myrtenol through the group brought by Professor Raphael Mechoulam in the Hebrew College. HU-210 is 100 to 800 occasions stronger than natural THC from cannabis and it has a long amount of action. HU-210 may be the (-)-1,1-dimethylheptyl analog of 11-hydroxy- ?8- tetrahydrocannabinol, in certain references it's known as 1,1-dimethylheptyl- 11-hydroxytetrahydrocannabinol. The abbreviation HU means Hebrew College. The ( ) enantiomer of HU-210 has many of the cannabinoid activity, using the (-) enantiomer HU-211 being inactive like a cannabinoid but rather functions being an NMDA antagonist getting neuroprotective effects.
Per a 2005 article within the Journal of Clinical Analysis, HU-210 encourages proliferation, although not differentiation, of cultured embryonic hippocampal NS/Computers likely using a consecutive activation of CB1 receptors, G(i/o) proteins, and ERK signaling. It had been also shown by this elevated neural growth to entail antianxiety and antidepressant effects. HU-210, alongside other synthetic cannabinoids like WIN 55,212-2 and JWH-133, is suggested as a factor in stopping the soreness triggered by Amyloid beta proteins involved with Alzheimer's, additionally to stopping cognitive impairment and lack of neuronal markers. This anti-inflammatory action is caused with the activation of cannabinoid receptors which prevents microglial activation that brings about the soreness. Furthermore, cannabinoids completely abolish neurotoxicity associated with microglia activation in rat models.
HU-210 is really a potent analgesic with most of the same effects as natural THC.

  • how i synthisize them ?

  • @TheClonesReturn It's simply not worth it. At all. Not when life has so many better ecstatic feelings to offer.

  • @michael1987mor Now if you want to buy the leaves used in the k2 blends, those are safe my friend. But these synthetic chemicals, they will do you nor your brain or body no good. I smoked k2 for six months, it makes you feel just not right man. So, take my warning, and just don't even take the next step your thinking of taking. These chemicals should not be used until further studies are conducted on them. If you are the unlucky bitch who buys a bad batch, or a k2pack sprayed with badbatch,u die

  • @michael1987mor Just don't even go there man, and I'd advise anyone else to heed that warning. As far as smoking the herbal BLENDS (HERBAL BLENDS, NOT CHEMICAL ENHANCED HERBAL BLENDS), that's fine by me. Psychedelic plants are awesome, and natural, and if used for years and on back in time, they're obviously safe. SUsch as damiana, mullein, mashmellow, etc. But these chemicals aren't safe. I smoked over 200 grams of different k2s. Warning, this shit is beyond salvia. Visuals are way too vivid.

  • @TheClonesReturn

  • I bought a pack of k2 with this chemical in it.
