Silk's Eulogy - Tribute to My Dog Who Passed Away R.I.P.

Silk, our little Border Collie dog, died March, 18th, 2011. We are showing our love and sadness by making this video testimonial to our dog. We also hope it brings meaning to others. The loss of Silk was devastating. As we hope this video shows, she was an incredible little girl who touched all she knew. We truly feel that she was an Angel sent on a mission. Hopefully, her testimonial will touch you, too.

Silk was living in Texas with a lady who breeds border collies and did border collie rescue work. Just a point of clarification, the video said she descended from the sky. Silk flew in from Texas to Tampa, Florida, to live with my future wife. But the wording is also metaphorical, since she was so much like a spiritual being sent from the heavens to influence the world.

This is great but I can't watch anymore. After loosing 2 BC's in the past two years I just can't watch. It is a great thing you have done and what was started on behalf of you Angel. My best friend is the my avatar and I lost her last year at the age of 15. I have 3 more BC's here that are my friends but her and the one who went ahead of her(at the age of 14) went through a butt load of stuff with us and I treasured their compainionship and that of the ones I still have. Thanks.

That is soooo beautiful, my tears are flowing. We lost our BC Angel 15 months ago, I know your pain. Kali would've loved to be a soccercollie - her favourite game.

Thank you for being moved by our video of our furry four legged daughter. I still feel deep emotions when I think about Silk.  Kali was lucky to have such loving parents.

Thank you for your heartfelt comment. I read your full text and was very touched. A few days before she passed, Silk went out of her way to let me know it was her time to depart this world and how much I meant to her. Your words have helped us cope with our loss.
